Scooters For The New Season!

Spring is in the air and the sun (for now) is shining. It’s time to blow the cobwebs off, whether you’re popping to the shops, enjoying lunch out or something a little more adventurous. Take a look at the latest scooters we’ve added to our range to make getting out and about not only practical and comfortable, but stylish. Whether you prefer a scooter that’s easy to transport like a ‘boot’ scooter or folding scooter, or something bigger that can even go as fast as 8 miles per hour, we’ve added new scooters to all four categories of mobility scooters.

Are you a Savvy scooter shopper?

The first offerings from Scooterpac we’ve added to our range for 2025, are the Savvy 4 and Savvy 8 scooters. Each are available in just the one colour (sky blue and dazzling orange) but both have features made for the modern scooter rider. Think phone holder, USB charging point and Bluetooth speakers. Navigate your way using your favourite maps app whilst listening to the perfect playlist.

So, apart from the colour, what’s the difference between the Savvy 4 and Savvy 8 (apart from the names as well, obviously)? Well, the Savvy 4 has a maximum speed of 4 miles per hour, whereas the Savvy 8 has a top speed of 8 miles per hour. This means the Savvy 8 is road legal (don’t worry, we can help you set up the cost-free road tax for any of our road scooters). Because you might want to use this type of scooter instead of a car, the Savvy 8 is slightly bigger than the Savvy 4. So, you’ve got a bit more room to keep you comfortable on longer journeys which you can do as the Savvy 8 can travel up to 28 miles on a single charge.

However, if you’re not going to use your mobility scooter on the road, you can save money and a bit of storage space, with the Savvy 4. It still has the comfortable captain’s seat and all-round suspension, and can even go as far as 21 miles on a single charge. But, being that bit more compact, it’s ideal for pavements and tighter spaces.

New for 2025, the Atom Fold

If the idea of taking apart a scooter- however easy it may be- for transportation or storage, doesn’t appeal to you, a scooter that folds small might. That being said, what many customers don’t realise is that a whole scooter, even folded compact, can weigh quite a bit, making it tricky for some to lift into the boot of a car for some. Which is where the Atom Fold comes in handy.

The body of the scooter weighs just 15.2kg making it easy to store or transport. And we’re not just talking about in the boot of a car. The lithium battery is airline approved so you can even take your Atom Fold on holiday with you! The battery is also removable for even easier charging. It charges in just 6-8, so you can charge it overnight before enjoying a range up to 9 miles when you ready for your next trip out.

Though it’s lightweight, practical features haven’t been sacrificed. Flip-back armrests make for easy transfers. A folding tiller basket keeps the folded scooter sleek, but pops out to provide a convenient storage space. A bright front light allows you to see and be seen no matter what the time or weather.

Take a look at the Luxe

The Luxe transportable scooter from Electric Mobility’s Rascal range is a convenient option for those who enjoy days out but can’t walk longer distances. Whilst it doesn’t have the same range as larger scooters, you can take it anywhere in the boot of a car. It easily separates into five manageable sections. The heaviest part weighs just 10.6kg!

Because it’s a boot scooter, the design allows you to take the battery off to charge separately, meaning you can leave the rest of it in the car or wherever else, instead of it taking up space. The handy shopping basket can also be detached so you can carry your things indoors, without having to empty your things into another bag or struggling with your hands full.

There’s two lithium ferro-phosphate battery sizes to choose from. The 12Ah battery is airline approved so you can enjoy life’s little luxuries (pun intended) like a trip abroad with it. Alternatively, the 27Ah battery can take you as far as 27.5 miles on a single charge. Both come with a Electric Mobility’s ‘LiFetime’ guarantee.

The Luxe scooter is suitable for riders up to 6′ 4″ and offers exceptional legroom. There’s also a super comfy seat. It’s like getting an upgrade on an aeroplane, every day. You can even charge your phone as you drive.

Available in zesty shades such as Rascal Blue, Electric Green and Cosi Orange, you can really show your personality.

Brand new for 2025- The K-Lite Comfort ALi

The K-Lite Comfort has been a staple in our showrooms for a long time. That’s about to change…

Manufacturers Kymco have taken all the best bits of the K-Lite Comfort- such as single-hand de-docking and all-round suspension – and made the rest just as good. In fact, taking your boot scooter apart is even easier thanks to the ultra-lightweight aluminium frame and new lithium battery. The heaviest part you’ll have to lift weighs just 9.9kg- 3 kilograms less than the heaviest part on its predecessor.

Thanks to lithium battery technology and the strength and durability of the aluminium frame, you can also travel further with confidence. Whilst the original Comfort could reach distances up to 10 miles, the ALi model can venture as far as 18 miles on a full charge.

The Comfort ALi is available in four attractive metallic colours: Metallic Mink, Rapid Green, Mercury Silver, Glossy Black. However, this future favourite is so new, that there aren’t currently any pictures of the full range of colours on offer. This latest product by Kymco was only unveiled at this year’s Naidex (National Accessibility, Inclusion & Disability Expo) conference back in March.

Spotlighting the S425

You may have seen the Sterling S425 on our socials or on our website over the last few months. Whilst it’s been around for a while and certainly on our radar, we’ve recently made it available to try in our South Yorkshire and Derbyshire showrooms.

The Sterling S425 Road Scooter seems like a fantastic choice for those looking for a combination of power, style, and practicality. It’s compact yet capable of hitting speeds up to 8mph, making it a strong contender for both road and pavement use. Plus, the 55Ah battery ensures that users can travel up to 26 miles (42 km) on a single charge—great for longer trips!

What really stands out is the attention to comfort and personalisation. The smart black leather seat paired with the carbon-metallic finish not only makes the scooter stylish but also offers a high level of adjustability for a tailored fit. The seat can be adjusted in height, depth, and recline, and the padded armrests are similarly customisable for width, angle, and depth. The seat’s ability to swivel makes it easier to sit down and exit, offering added convenience.

The tiller of the Sterling S425 is also fully adjustable, which, combined with the delta handle-bar design, ensures that users don’t need to grip tightly, making it more comfortable to operate. The wig-wag controls, which can be controlled with a thumb flick, are a great feature for simplifying manoeuvring.

And when it comes to safety and visibility, the LED lighting and indicators make driving safer, while also being energy-efficient – LED lights last much longer and consume much less power than traditional bulbs.

Heard of the S410 HP? You have now.

Another blisteringly new road scooter to the market, the S410 HP model from Sunrise Medical’s Sterling range also has a limited number of images for us to peruse over. As well as the striking blue finish you can see below, we are to expect an opulent red option.

Being the most compact class 3 scooter in the S range, whilst being road-legal, it has a maximum speed of 6mph. That being said, it’s ideal for narrower pavements or paths, and even indoors. It’s easy to steer and nimble, as well as being just 650mm wide and 1200mm long.

We can only assume the HP stands for ‘high performance’. It’s powerful enough to uneven surfaces and inclines in its stride, whilst supporting a maximum user weight up to 160kg (or 25 stones in old money).

For now, that’s all we can share about the S410 that’s due to hit our showrooms floors imminently. But, what we can say is we look forward to taking it for a test drive.

The Sterling S800- Not Like Other Mobility Scooters

You only have to look at the Sterling S800 by Scoozy to see that it’s not like other mobility scooters. In fact, it has a lot in common with a motorbike- take the handle bars, for example. It’s no surprise therefore that it’s road-legal, boasting a top speed of 8 miles per hour.

As you’d expect from its rugged appearance, the S800 is capable of handling rougher ground. The large 18″ pneumatic tyres and stylish rims provide stability when you leave the smoother pavements of the city and hit the nature trail. The natural green paint job will blend in well with its surroundings.

And if you can’t bear to be indoors even when it’s chillier out, built-in battery heating means it will work even in freezing temperatures. Being lithium rather than lead acid, the battery is significantly lighter, avoiding any unnecessary weight. It can also travel up to an impressive 50km on a single charge.

As well as looking modern, the technology leaves others wanting. Navigate effortlessly with the familiar bike-style handlebar of the STERLING S800, equipped with a thumb throttle, handbrake, and an e-bike full-colour liquid retina LCD display. The intuitive controls, including cruise control, ensure smooth acceleration and braking, giving you complete control at all times. For added peace of mind, the integrated NFC tag locking technology enhances security.
