WHO ARE CLARK AND PARTNERS?

Originally founded in 1959 Clark and Partners is a leading supplier of mobility equipment. In November 2019 the company received new ownership and management who continue to embrace the companies core values to help customers and develop further opportunities for customer through innovative and modern solutions.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRADING ONLINE?

Our first online shop went live in 2007 and has been updated in 2021 to show the whole range pr products and solutions we now offer. Our new website isn’t just a shop but a window into what else we do.

ARE ALL ITEMS YOU SELL AVIALBLE IN YOUR ONLINE SHOP?

No they are not. You can find many items in our online store such as grabbers and walking sticks. For items such as Scooters and Rise & recline chairs we always suggest visiting a store to try a product before committing to purchase. And for larger items for as stairlifts and powered wheelchairs a home visit is always required.

WHAT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?

Customer service and high quality products are at the top of our priority however if we have got it wrong please tell us. Call our Web Sales Team on 0114 229 33 74

If you are still unsatisfied with the outcome, please put your complaint in writing and send it to our Business Manager: Donna Bennett, C/O Sales Department 27A Orgreave Drive, Sheffield S13 9NR. 

If you require external assistance we suggest that you contact your local trading standards.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

You can return all your items to us within 14 days of signing for them. We ask customers to return any unwanted products at their own postage and packaging costs, and to return these undamaged, unused and in the original packaging within the 14 days to obtain a full refund. If your items have arrived to you faulty or incorrect due to a fault on our behalf, we will refund all postage and packaging costs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We will contact you with an estimated time of arrival once your order has been placed, this is usually 5 – 7 working days

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We require cancellations in writing to: websales@clarkandpartners.co.uk . Please do this as soon as possible to ensure that the products haven’t been dispatched.

WHY DO YOU ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO BOOK AN ASSESSMENT FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS? WHY CAN’T WE JUST BUY ONLINE?

Rise & Recline chairs come in a variety of colours, sizes, fabrics, back choices and action options. You need to try a chair, sit in it, recline it, ensure it works for what you require. You cannot do this when you buy online, this often results in disappointed customer experience as the chair isn’t quite right.

Scooters come with a large range of options and test driving these allow you a real feel for how they work. Boot scooters for example are great for going round local supermarkets but will it fit in your car, can you lift its into your car, is it to heavy. Trying all of these cannot be done when buying online.

Wheelchairs usually require complete product assessment for active user and powered chairs. These require in depth consultation between the user and our specialist.

Buying online is great for quick and convenient products but where extra detail is required we want to ensure you got the right product for you. 

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER MY PRODUCTS?

If we attempt to deliver your products and there is no-one in to accept and sign for your delivery, we will either leave it with a neighbour or we will bring your delivery back to head office and contact you to re-deliver. 

Please Note: There may be a further charge to re-deliver.

IF I GIVE YOU MY EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER WILL I RECEIVE SPAM OR UNSOLICITED PHONE CALLS?

No. We don’t pass on your details to any third party, and we will only use your phone number to contact you regarding the order you have placed. Our Web Sales Team may want to discuss further products with you or delivery times. They will firstly email you about this, however should they not get a reply, they will attempt to phone you. 

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY CARD DETAILS?

Once Clark and Partners have taken your payment, your bank details are automatically deleted from our online store and all systems, meaning that any future orders will require you to re-type your bank details.

CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR ONLINE OFFERS IN A RETAIL STORE?

Unfortunately not, any products that are listed as an “online offer” are strictly for our online customers and are not available in any of our showrooms.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE YOUR WEBSITE AND PLACE AN ORDER, WHO CAN HELP?
