Some mobility providers charge additional fees for delivering the product into the property; their standard delivery rate only includes delivery to the kerbside. The customer is left with the packaging and a product that may not be usable or even easy to move, until it is fully charged. However, given the challenges restricted mobility can create, we will deliver it in to your home, fully charged or plugged in and working. We dispose of any packaging and will demonstrate how to use your new product. This ‘white glove service’ as other suppliers call it, is included in the standard delivery price of the following items:
We strive to provide the quickest delivery times possible, and once your order has been placed you will be notified via email to provide you with the estimated time of arrival for your items. We carry many items in stock, which we will typically dispatch within 24 hours of your delivery being placed. As we place a high value on making the widest possible range of products available, it is not possible to keep all of them in stock. Non-stocked items and those that are customised to you will incur longer delivery times. Where this is the case you will be notified when your order is processed.
