Straight Stairlift
The Handicare 1000 is a straight stairlift that boasts one of the slimmest rails available taking up less stair space.
The 1000 stairlift has a wide range of optional extras available making it extremely configurable for both the home environment and the user. It comes automatically with a smart seat, which is spacious and comfortable with a range of colour options. And it has a manual seat, footrest and arm rest fold, to store the stairlift neatly away when not in use. It has top and bottom charging points so it can be stored either up or downstairs.
A velcro seat belt comes as standard which is easy to operate and provides the passenger with a safe ride.
With a 4.5m track it will fit most staircases but further lengths are available to accommodate larger staircases.

The Handicare 1000 has a wide range of options to configure it for you and your home.
The seat can be changed for a perch seat, suitable if creating an angle seated proves difficult. The Smart seat can be upgraded with a powered linked footrest and 2 way powered swivel to allow easy on and off access at both the top and bottom of the stairs.
The lift can be requested for a range of weight limits, starting at 18 stone it can be upgraded to 25 stone and 31.5 stone, wider arm rest positioning is also available to provide more space.
