The ICON 35 wheelchair is one of the lightest wheelchairs within the ICON range.
These high quality and modern aluminium wheelchairs are packed with many features. The aluminium frame makes it exceptionally lightweight. It’s also fitted with a built-in carry handle and has a compact design. It’s perfect to get in and out of any vehicle. When in use, the lateral offset handles make it easier for an attendant to push. There are also user-friendly brake controls.
Weighing only 9kg, the Icon 35 Wheelchair boasts an impressive carrying capacity of 125kg. It provides the ideal seating position. The seating design- back angles and fabric- gives support and even pressure relief. Choose from a 16″ or 18″ seat width.
The LX model stands for luxury. It boasts easy-to-adjust armrests to maximise comfort. The armrests are longer than the BX (Basic model) allowing the arms greater support.
The leg rests swing away to allow easier transferring to and from the seat. They can also be quickly removed with their quick release levers, making it even lighter to lift in and out of a space.
