The mLite foldable scooter is pretty revolutionary. Not only is it one of the lightest folding scooters around, weighing just 19.9kg (17.9kg with the battery taken off). It is also one of the most compact when folded. Yet, when it’s in the driving position, it’s incredibly spacious. The lightweight 2kg lithium battery can be charged onboard or off- ideal when space is at a premium.
The battery is airline approved and has a range of up to 9 miles on a single charge. And if you are thinking of taking the mLite away with you, you’ll be pleased to know its as easy to manoeuvre as a wheelie-suitcase with its extendable handle. It fits easily on public transport and the boot of a car. Even in the rear footwell of a car!
But just because it’s compact, doesn’t mean legroom is sacrificed. Thanks to a revolutionary sliding mechanism that’s easy and simple to use, the floor pan extends to create lots of space. There’s added comfort, too, owing to the soft compound tyres and soft rubber seat.
