  Joerns Oxford Major 200 Hoist

The Joerns Oxford Major 200 Hoist is a perfect lifting hoist for transfers being compact it is ideal for all spaces. The legs on Oxford Classic lifts can be opened to enable access around armchairs, wheelchairs and other furniture. For transferring and negotiating narrow doorways and passages, the lift legs should be in the closed position. The legs are operated manually. Simply operate the push-pads, located at the lower/rear of the mast. To open the legs, simply depress the LEFT push-pad. Then, to close the legs, depress the RIGHT push-pad.

Having high lifting capacity and being lightweight, it is ideal for both care homes and private residences. The battery pack can be detached for easy desktop charging. High grade castors make it easy to move but also feature brakes. Additionally, the Smart monitor lets you know when there’s an issue or servicing is needed. One of the four Classic lifts by Joerns, it’s easy to use and maintain.

It has a safe working load of 31 stones and there are three spreader bar sizes available.
