This includes full setup, testing, and a product walkthrough to ensure you're completely
comfortable before we leave. No packaging to deal with, no assembly needed - just a seamless

For addresses outside our local delivery area, delivery is handled directly by the manufacturer.
This is a standard courier service, meaning your item will arrive boxed and delivered to your
doorstep (kerbside only). You'll be responsible for unpacking, assembly, and disposing of packaging.
The £50 charge covers this service.
Important Note on Faults & Returns
Please be aware that for deliveries outside of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, any returns
or fault-related issues must be brought back to our Orgreave store. We're happy to assist
in-store, but unfortunately cannot collect items from elsewhere in the UK.

The PAWS (Power Assisted Wheelchair System) Tourer 20″ power add-on has been designed to be one of the most comfortable and user-friendly hand bikes on the market. It’s available with a 4″ or 2 1/4″ wide tyre. It’s ideal on longer journeys or more rugged terrain- great for when you want an alternative to a car. Travel up to 35km on a single charge, ideal for a outdoor adventures. The TOURER, with its 20″ wheels, has the longest wheelbase of available PAWS models and even overcomes tree roots and other bumps with ease. It provides a smooth and stable ride even over sand, gravel, cobblestones and much more.
PAWS have designed one of the easiest and most universal docking systems to use. Quick Release Clamp and Long lever arms make manual clamping quick and easy. Or, choose the automatic clamping and lifting system which is as easy as the flick of a switch.
CUSTOMISATION
Customise the set up of your PAWS powered add-on with different configurations of clamps and controls for optimal use and personalised fit – especially beneficial for quadriplegic/tetraplegic users. During the process of selecting the best configuration you may consider: manual or auto clamping and lifting, two models of handlebar controls- standard or Tetra (for reduced hand strength). Finally, fine tune the handlebar set-up and select your driving mode

The PAWS Tourer requires an assessment with one of our product experts, that’s why you are unable to order this directly from our website (our ethical trading policy explains more)
An assessment can be done either at your home or in our store. We have stores in Sheffield, Rotherham and Derby and we offer our services locally. We want to offer a premium back up once your chair has been delivered and staying locally means we are always on hand to be readily available.
Unlike some mobility retailers, we do not charge for an assessment at home or in our store and delivery and handover is free, inside your home and fully set up, charged and working. This delivery is sometimes referred to as ‘white glove’ or ‘engineer delivery’ but from us, this is standard with every delivery!
