For addresses outside our local delivery area, delivery is handled directly by the manufacturer.
This is a standard courier service, meaning your item will arrive boxed and delivered to your
doorstep (kerbside only). You'll be responsible for unpacking, assembly, and disposing of packaging.
The £50 charge covers this service.
Important Note on Faults & Returns
Please be aware that for deliveries outside of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, any returns
or fault-related issues must be brought back to our Orgreave store. We're happy to assist
in-store, but unfortunately cannot collect items from elsewhere in the UK.

Phoenix 8mph Scooter
The stylish Phoenix mobility scooter is compact, easy to manoeuvre and has a sporty speed of 8mph. It has a fully road compliant LED lighting kit, making it road legal. It can tackle parklands and beaches thanks to its comfy captain’s seat and front and rear suspension. The large capacity 50Ah batteries ensures complete peace of mind for those long journeys and the powerful motor and drive system makes light-work of steep hills, while the unique ‘safety cornering’ system automatically slows the scooter when cornering ensuring not only a very comfortable ride but a safe one too!
However, it’s just as at home on the high street or in a shopping centre. With a compact size of only 630mm in width and 1220mm in length the Phoenix easily negotiates narrow entrances and crowded pavements. The captain seat is fully adjustable and there is a choice of soft air-filled tyres or solid puncture-proof ones. The delta shaped tiller means you can comfortably grip anywhere and it allows easy steering. Small in size but enormous in capabilities; the Phoenix is the first-choice mobility scooter for the users of today.

This scooter is available on Motability. The Motability scheme is available to those who receive the higher rate PIP allowance and can use part of their allowance to help purchase a powered wheelchair or scooter. The scheme for scooters runs for 3 years and covers all insurance, repair and maintenance costs.
