The Sonic Plus Self Propel Wheelchair doesn’t just look great, it also feels great. The lightweight aluminium frame is made to the highest standard, making it sturdy whilst still only 13.5kg. It has a user weight capacity up to 20 stones.
Comfort isn’t sacrificed in favour of the sleek modern styling. The supportive seating has padded coverings and the armrest adjust quickly and easily to help find the ideal height position when using the wheelchair or relaxing in it. The seat has a generous 18″ width. The footrests are also height adjustable and have heel supports. They swing away for easy transference to and from this manual wheelchair.
The footrests also disassemble effortlessly to allow the Sonic Plus to fold into a compact size. It’s easy to storage and transport. It features both wheel locking and attendant hand brakes.
The seat covers can be removed to allow them and the wheelchair to be washed. The tyres are puncture-proof for convenience and longevity. The back rest folds down to again create its compact folded size.
