The Xcite road scooter is the first 8mph scooter by Motion Healthcare. As well as modern styling and a luxury captain’s seat, this is mobility scooter with lots more to offer. There’s also a lithium battery option in the Xcite Li that has a range up to 45 miles.

To make it road legal, the Xcite can reach speeds up to 8 miles an hour and has bright LED headlights. It also has wing mirrors and the standard model can travel up to 25 miles per charge. It has a generous captain’s seat, large pneumatic tyres and suspension to provide a comfortable journey. The seat swivels for easy access and can even recline to help you find your ideal seating position. The real game changer is the Xcite Li taking all of the above and achieving a market leading 45 mile range using lithium phosphate batteries, the safest of all available lithium batteries for even more peace of mind.

It’s equally at home on the pavement and in shopping centres, thanks to its compact size. There are two storage spaces in front of the driver to put small items or drinks in, as well as a handy front storage basket. Simply switch the scooter to its lower 4mph speed setting.

Delivery & Aftercare

Delivery when ordering online is just £50.00 (free in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire). This includes as standard:

• Batteries fully charged
• Scooter fully assembled and ready to use
• Delivered to and inside your home

We do not offer a white glove service, because this is our standard service given to every customer. Alternatively you can chose to collect the scooter from your local store, you can do this in the delivery options at the checkout. There is no charge for collecting from a store.

In the unfortunate event you have any problems with your scooter, our team of engineers are on hand to help get you going again.

This scooter is available on Motability. The Motability scheme is available to those who receive the higher rate PIP allowance and can use part of their allowance to help purchase a powered wheelchair or scooter. The scheme for scooters runs for 3 years and covers all insurance, repair and maintenance costs.
