Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase. However, we understand that due to customers’ busy lifestyles seven days sometimes isn’t long enough and so for our customer’s peace of mind we offer 14 days, should you decide the product isn’t suitable.
Should you wish to return your goods purchased, you must inform us in writing and provide a proof of postage receipt showing that you have returned the goods. These goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging to obtain a full refund. Unwanted goods are to be returned at your postage and packaging cost unless the products we have provided you with are faulty or substitutes which will be returned at our expense.
Please note, should we not have the exact product in stock that you have ordered, a member of our Website Sales Team will contact you offering substitute products that are similar. You may also be contacted if a member of our Website Sales Team can see a saving on products that you may have overlooked.
