The Handicare 2000 is a twin rail stairlift suitable for staircases with bends, corners, fans and other shapes. The twin rail is made specifically to fit your staircase, hugging the wall to keep intrusion on the stairs minimal. The rail is only made after a comprehensive measurement of your staircase has taken place and ensures a snug fit.
The lift is quiet and safe and comes with a comfortable padded seat, which can be folded away when not in use. Folding armrests and footplate and a safety seat belt for extra peace of mind.
The armrests house an easy to use ergonomic joystick which, when applied with constant pressure, directs the lift up or down the stairs. There is also remote controls to operate the lift from another floor.

The Handicare 2000’s rail is able to finish flush with your stairs, this is ideal for tighter spaces. For really tight spaces a hinged rail is also available which folds back on itself out of the way.
Folding is easy with a powered footrest which features built in safety edges to stop the lift should it come across any obstacles on the stairs. A powered swivel seat is available to make getting on and off the lift as easy as possible.
To fit seamlessly into your home there are a range of options available from seat style and colour to rail colour also.
