Our primary aim is to work with healthcare professionals to find workable solutions for clients which enables them to remain in their home, to continue living comfortably and safely. Our secondary aim is to support you the healthcare professional with proposals, options and information. We provide a comprehensive service including feasibility and survey, detailed and costed proposals and update during and after installation.
We work on a variety of projects from single product requirement (maybe outdoor ramped access) to complete property adaption including, for example, a ramp access, a vertical indoor lift and an accessible bathroom. We provide a specialist survey to assess the property and discuss customer requirements and then work with you to find a solution. After the survey we will provide site sketches / drawings and quotations.
Installations and works on site are carried out by our own teams. Where required we organise asbestos reports, specialists trades and professions such as Gas Safe plumbers and structural engineers.
We regularly work with healthcare professionals when a client requires a powered and manual wheelchair. Occupational Therapists, Physio Therapists, Case Managers, charities, solicitors and various other organisations require our assistance with product assessments /demonstrations and product suggestions for specific customer requirements.
We hold a wide range of demonstration stock of powered/manual chairs regularly updated as key manufacturers such as Sunrise Medical and Invacare introduce new products. This enables us to offer multiple options for your client. From your initial summary of your client’s needs we then arrange a visit to assist with assessment and provide product demonstration. This allows you to assess a chair’s suitability to the user and their environment, look at future proofing options and allow the client to try the product themselves.
