Our experts can visit you at home to demonstrate and assess for active-user, powered and complex manual wheelchairs. We can bring a range of wheelchairs to your home to try in your own surroundings and see how they work for you.
The store in Orgreave, Sheffield, is where we keep our demonstration equipment, so booking an assessment here allows you to see and experience more of our range. It is easily accessible as the entry way is ramped and we have outdoor space to try products safely, as well as on site facilities.
Assessments are designed around you. First, we aim to understand your needs and goals and learn more about the challenges you are experiencing. Because of this, they are not timed and we believe that spending more time during our assessments ensures the best possible outcomes.
Our assessments cover everything: product, specification, condition, requirements, sizing and everything in between. We are happy for you to bring family members or healthcare professionals along too.

Complex and prescriptive wheelchairs and also powerchairs, require an assessment with one of our experts. Assessments can be carried out at your home or in one of our stores. An assessment allows you to try a product and specify your exact requirements.

Our head office location is based in Sheffield and we offer assessment regionally within Yorkshire and North Derbyshire. Staying local allows us to offer the best possible aftercare to our customers.
Funding
Funding options are available to help cover the costs of a new wheelchair. We are a Motability dealership which allows you to access powered wheelchairs through their scheme. We also offer finance to help spread the costs.
