We are here after your purchase to ensure your new equipment continues working.
Keeping your mobility equipment up and running is important in keeping you mobile and in the event of a breakdown our team can help with repairs and servicing to help prevent any issues.
We have a range of aftercare options available some are provided with your equipment as standard but we also offer additional packages.
All new products purchased from Clark & Partners are supplied with a 12 month warranty period. Warranty covers your equipment should any issues occur caused by product failure, manufacturer faults or errors.
Warranty covers you for all parts and labour to complete the work.
Some products qualify for home warranty visits, where an engineer can visits you at home to diagnose and carry out repairs.
Some products may require the item returning to the place of purchase. You will be advised which type of warranty your product has at the time of purchase.
If your equipment becomes faulty, isn’t working correctly or is damaged outside of warranty, our engineers can assist with repairs. You can bring your equipment to us or we can come to you. We will assess your equipment and, where we can, repair it.
In the event of a call out our fees include any time we spend with you at your home during our first visit and we will always quote for any extra works needed before we go ahead.
Visits can be arranged during normal working hours and we offer emergency out of hours call out for stairlifts, vertical lifts and hoists. For emergency call out please call 07970 649563
Regular servicing of your equipment helps to keep it maintained and in good working order and we recommend having your product serviced every year to ensure longevity.
Having your product serviced provides you with a thorough inspection by a Clark & Partners engineer and can be done at your home or in our workshop. You will receive a copy of the service schedule showing if your items has passed or any recommendations we have suggested.
Any repairs and parts or additional work needed will always be quoted before carried out.
Hoisting equipment used by healthcare professionals requires additional services at 6 monthly intervals to adhere with LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations)
Rise & Recline Chair
A 5* premium care packages is a worry free option to help cover the cost of repairs on vital mobility equipment.
Care packages are available for stairlifts, hoists and vertical lifts for both new equipment purchased from us and equipment you already have. Our packages are available between 1 and 5 years.
Premium care packages cover annual servicing, repair or replacement of parts, engineers working time and cover 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Premium care packages do not cover accidental damage, cosmetic damage or insurable events such as fire or flood.
