All our stores hold a large range of scooters for you to test and try. Test driving a scooter before buying one is crucial to ensuring the correct scooter for you and there are so many to choose from each with different variations in terms of style, comfort and performance. Holding a large range in store allows you to view before committing.
Our in store assistants provide a full product demonstration and assessment, understand your goals and requirements. We show you a range that fit your criteria and discuss the differences and advantages of each.
Our stores have large areas in which you can have a test drive so you can feel the ride and ensure your confidence. If you’re looking for a boot scooter it’s essential to try it in the back of your car, firstly to confirm the lifting weight and secondly to make sure it fits.
Many of our scooters are available to take away from store, but for larger models or Motability customers home delivery is available free of charge.
While we always recommend a store visit when thinking about buying a scooter even when you order online our aftercare and delivery service is the same. Deliveries are to your home, to wherever you would like to store your scooter. We provide a comprehensive pre delivery inspection where the scooter is tested, batteries checked and put together and is in full working order ready for you to drive away immediately. There is no need for putting it together or storing large packaging.
Scooter warranty is 12 months from the date you purchase and covers you for any call out, labour and parts where failure has occurred. Accidental damage is not covered by warranty and an insurance policy would help cover this. We also offer a range of service contracts to help maintain your scooter and keep it in perfect working order.
Folding Scooters give you all the mobility you need with the added bonus of folding up to make transporting them easy.
Our pavement scooters are ideal for popping to the shops or taking short trips but cannot be used on roads
Our Mobility Road Scooters are suitable for longer journeys for those who find it hard to walk for long distances or use their scooter as their vehicle.
Legal road scooters can be used on pavements by adjusting to a slower speed.
