We offer free, premium "white-glove" delivery within South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.
This includes full setup, testing, and a product walkthrough to ensure you're completely
comfortable before we leave. No packaging to deal with, no assembly needed - just a seamless
experience.
UK Mainland Delivery – £50
For addresses outside our local delivery area, delivery is handled directly by the manufacturer.
This is a standard courier service, meaning your item will arrive boxed and delivered to your
doorstep (kerbside only). You'll be responsible for unpacking, assembly, and disposing of packaging.
The £50 charge covers this service.
Important Note on Faults & Returns
Please be aware that for deliveries outside of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, any returns
or fault-related issues must be brought back to our Orgreave store. We're happy to assist
in-store, but unfortunately cannot collect items from elsewhere in the UK.
Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only.
Rascal Luxe
The Rascal Luxe scooter is new for 2024! With a choice of three vibrant colours and two lithium ferro-phosphate battery sizes to choose from, it’s both practical and stylish. The 12Ah battery is airline approved, whilst the 27Ah battery can take you as far as 27.5 miles on a single charge. Both come with a LiFetime guarantee.
The Luxe scooter is suitable for riders up to 6′ 4″ and offers exceptional legroom. There’s also a super comfy seat.
Practical features include a phone charging point and front storage basket. The tiller locks in place for easy storage and front part weighs just 10.6kg, making it easy to lift. Front and rear LEDs illuminate the way and make the scooter visible from all angles.

Delivery when ordering online is just £50.00. This includes as standard:
- Batteries fully charged
- Scooter fully assembled and ready to use
- Delivered to and inside your home
We do not offer a white glove service, because this is our standard service given to every customer. Alternatively you can chose to collect the scooter from your local store, you can do this in the delivery options at the checkout. There is no charge for collecting from a store.
In the unfortunate event you have any problems with your scooter our team of engineers are on hand to help get you going again.
This scooter is available on Motability. The Motability scheme is available to those who receive the higher rate PIP allowance and can use part of their allowance to help purchase a powered wheelchair or scooter. The scheme for scooters runs for 3 years and covers all insurance, repair and maintenance costs.
