Delivery is what others call white glove service, which means we will deliver, set up and tested ready for you to use. We will explain and go through the product with you before we leave. You do not have to save packaging, it will not be left at the kerbside, you will not have to put it together yourself.

The Escape Lite transit wheelchair is the ideal affordable wheelchair for occasional use. Firstly, it comes in four fun col0urs: purple, green, red and blue. Secondly, its practical as well as comfortable. Pop to the shops or enjoy a day out without the hassle!
It can be easily folded and placed in a vehicle . The transit model weighs just 12kg (10.5kg with the footrests removed) thanks to the aluminium frame. The self-propel model weighs 15.5kg (14kg without footrests). And for the wheelchair user, the footplates swing out to make it easier to sit and stand.
To ensure comfort, the flame-retardant seat is padded. Not only this, there are full-length armrests and an adjustable seat belt.
Footplates are also made with heel cups to provide extra shock absorption while being seated.
The Escape Lite transit wheelchair is designed for use with assistance, whilst the self-propel can be controlled by the wheelchair user. Both feature attendant handles and brakes.
The transit model can support a maximum user weight of 16 stone, whilst the self-propel can accommodate up to 18.5 stone.
