We offer free, premium "white-glove" delivery within South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.
This includes full setup, testing, and a product walkthrough to ensure you're completely
comfortable before we leave. No packaging to deal with, no assembly needed - just a seamless
experience.
UK Mainland Delivery – £50
For addresses outside our local delivery area, delivery is handled directly by the manufacturer.
This is a standard courier service, meaning your item will arrive boxed and delivered to your
doorstep (kerbside only). You'll be responsible for unpacking, assembly, and disposing of packaging.
The £50 charge covers this service.
Important Note on Faults & Returns
Please be aware that for deliveries outside of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, any returns
or fault-related issues must be brought back to our Orgreave store. We're happy to assist
in-store, but unfortunately cannot collect items from elsewhere in the UK.

Introducing the new Excel Galaxy II scooter, available in 5 colours. With a new multifunction LCD display screen, the Galaxy II is the definition of modern.
It’s ideal for an active user with its angle adjustable steering column, swivel chair and maximum speed of 8 mph. With a mile range varying between 25 – 35 miles, you can explore in exceptional comfort and style, handling all terrains including gravel, grass, pavements and bumpy roads.
Adjust the head rest, seat height and backrest angle to suit your driving position. The armrests are also height and width adjustable.
Four wide pneumatic tyres keep the ride stable and comfortable. To keep you safe, there’s a full LED lighting system and non-slip foot mat. The handy front shopping basket is removable and has a carry handle.

ASSESSMENT & DELIVERY
We recommend an assessment with one of our product experts when buying a mobility scooter, although you are able to order this directly from our website (our ethical trading policy explains more).
An assessment can be done either at your home or in our stores where you will find a greater range of scooters. We have stores in Sheffield, Rotherham and Derby and we offer our services locally. We want to offer a premium back-up once your scooter has been delivered, and staying locally means we are always on hand to be readily available.
Unlike some mobility retailers, we do not charge for an assessment at home or in our store. Delivery and handover is free in our region, inside your home, fully set up, charged and working. This delivery is sometimes referred to as ‘white glove’ or ‘engineer delivery’ but from us, this is standard with every scooter delivery!
