Delivery & Assembly

Free White-Glove Delivery - South Yorkshire & North Derbyshire
We offer free, premium "white-glove" delivery within South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire. This includes full setup, testing, and a product walkthrough to ensure you're completely comfortable before we leave. No packaging to deal with, no assembly needed - just a seamless experience.

UK Mainland Delivery – £50
For addresses outside our local delivery area, delivery is handled directly by the manufacturer. This is a standard courier service, meaning your item will arrive boxed and delivered to your doorstep (kerbside only). You'll be responsible for unpacking, assembly, and disposing of packaging. The £50 charge covers this service.

Important Note on Faults & Returns
Please be aware that for deliveries outside of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, any returns or fault-related issues must be brought back to our Orgreave store. We're happy to assist in-store, but unfortunately cannot collect items from elsewhere in the UK.
