Free White-Glove Delivery - South Yorkshire & North Derbyshire
We offer free, premium "white-glove" delivery within South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.
This includes full setup, testing, and a product walkthrough to ensure you're completely
comfortable before we leave. No packaging to deal with, no assembly needed - just a seamless
experience.
UK Mainland Delivery – £50
For addresses outside our local delivery area, delivery is handled directly by the manufacturer.
This is a standard courier service, meaning your item will arrive boxed and delivered to your
doorstep (kerbside only). You'll be responsible for unpacking, assembly, and disposing of packaging.
The £50 charge covers this service.
Important Note on Faults & Returns
Please be aware that for deliveries outside of South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, any returns
or fault-related issues must be brought back to our Orgreave store. We're happy to assist
in-store, but unfortunately cannot collect items from elsewhere in the UK.

If you expect more from your powerchair and want something that can handle any terrain, look no further. The Storm 4 X-Plore powerchair by Invacare is just what you need. This rugged electric wheelchair is designed with a four-wheel suspension. The suspension increases shock absorption and offers a comfortable ride. It also ensures better traction on uneven ground. Combine all of this with pneumatic tyres and you get an enhanced outdoor performance.
As if this wasn’t enough, the spring force and absorption is also adjustable to the user’s needs/preferences. In fact just about everything is adjustable. In addition to the configurations professionals can set up to tailor this powered wheelchair to its user, the user can also adjust the chair in various ways. And all at the touch of the button…
LiNX Touchscreen Control
As with the standard Storm 4, the Xplore can be adjusted and adapted using the state-of-the-art LiNX touchscreen controller. Use it to control the seat lift column or back recline. Use it to tilt the whole seat. Being able to reach speeds over 6mph, headlights, indicators and a horn are required. Fortunately, all of these- including the max. speed- can also be controlled with the touchscreen. With the REM400, users can connect to 3 devices at the same time, and it has mouse mover technology.

An assessment can be done either at your home or in our store. We have stores in Sheffield, Rotherham and Derby and we offer our services locally. We want to offer a premium back up once your chair has been delivered and staying locally means we are always on hand to be readily available.
Unlike some mobility retailers, we do not charge for an assessment at home or in our store and delivery and handover is free, inside your home and fully set up, charged and working. This delivery is sometimes referred to as ‘white glove’ or ‘engineer delivery’ but from us, this is standard with every delivery!
